Whereas: Gun owners sent a message on Nov. 5 by rejecting Kamala Harris and the Left’s gun control agenda and want the Tennessee General Assembly to secure big wins for gun owners this year; and

Whereas: Passing the Second Amendment Protection Act (SAPA) would ensure that future Democratic Presidents can’t use Tennessee cops to enforce federal gun control laws against us; and

Whereas: President Trump is back in the White House and his DOJ will not provide a legal challenge to SAPA at the federal level for at least the next four years; and

Whereas: Gun owners must also use this opportunity to clean up our carry laws and make Tennessee great again; and

Therefore: As your constituent, I insist that you CO-SPONSOR, SUPPORT, AND VOTE YES on SAPA because it will defend freedom for generations to come! Tennessee Gun Owners will keep me informed on your vote.
