Gun owners sent a message on Nov. 5 by rejecting Kamala Harris and the Left’s gun control agenda and want the Tennessee General Assembly to secure big wins for gun owners this year.
Part of that agenda is to pass an expansion of our Stand-your-Ground law in Nashville!
Rep. Kip Capley’s HB856 would do just that – allow Tennessee Gun Owners to use their firearms to lawfully deescalate potentially deadly self-defense situations, without having to resort to deadly force!
This legislation is badly needed. That’s why I’m urging you to contact the members of the House Judiciary Committee and tell them to pass HB856 to expand our Stand-your-Ground law and save lives!
